These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wj2w platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any wj2w services. By accessing wj2w, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

wj2w services are intended for users located in the Philippines.
wj2w operates in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines.
Each player may hold only one registered account on wj2w.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in Section 5.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the wj2w Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

wj2w is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. wj2w reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC verification.
wj2w accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your wj2w account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. wj2w does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. wj2w charges zero withdrawal fees on GCash cashouts. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
You must not fund your wj2w account using funds obtained through illegal means. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on the wj2w Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not available on wj2w.
wj2w reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if the withdrawal request is found to be in breach of these Terms, including unsatisfied wagering requirements or pending KYC verification.
wj2w offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. wj2w reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
wj2w actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between players. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be permanently closed.
wj2w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account will not be retroactively removed unless there is evidence of abuse or breach of these Terms.
All games available on the wj2w Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the result recorded on wj2w's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
wj2w only partners with game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by wj2w or any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, wj2w reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. wj2w shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wj2w.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wj2w shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
wj2w's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wj2w account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wj2w does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
wj2w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if wj2w reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any regulatory authority.
You may close your account at any time by contacting wj2w customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
wj2w reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wj2w will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
